Happy New Year everyone! Here at the ExpertFlyer offices we were curious to see exactly how useful and successful our Flight Alerts service has been for our users. So we did a little digging and found that since the introduction of Flight Alerts, there have been over 19,000 successful alerts. There were over 1,000 successful Flight Alerts just in December alone.
This means that ExpertFlyer has helped our users find the award or upgrade they were looking for 19,000 without having to keep checking with the airline. With all those found awards and upgrades, we estimate that those numbers translate into a potential savings of millions of dollars.
